Isoschizomers: BsmBI, BstGZ53I, Esp16I, Esp23I. Thermo Scientific FastDigest Esp3I is one of an advanced line of fast restriction enzymes that are all 100% active in the universal FastDigest and FastDigest Green reaction buffers.
