Venus HS Taq DNA Polymerase

Venus HS Taq DNA Polymerase is a chemically modified heat-resistant Taq DNA Polymerase. The activity is completely blocked at room temperature and released after heating at 95°C to prevent non-specific amplification and the formation of primer dimer during sample preparation and PCR denaturation and enhance the specificity, sensitivity and stability of DNA amplification.

Compared with antibody-based hot-start Taq DNA Polymerase, the activity of chemically modified hot-start Taq DNA polymerase is more completely blocked, and there is no exogenous DNA contamination. The activity of the Venus HS Taq DNA Polymerase can be activated by heating at 95°C for 10 min, which is compatible with PCR heating stage.
