Thermo Scientific™ Dynabeads™ M-450 Streptavidin

Streptavidin coupled Dynabeads can be used for magnetic separation and handling of biotinylated molecules. Dynabeads are uniform, monosized superparamagnetic beads, 4.5 µm in diameter, composed of highly cross-linked polystyrene. A monolayer of streptavidin is coupled to the surface, allowing binding of biotinylated molecules. These streptavidin-coated beads can be used for the coupling of N-ethyl biotin conjugates for cell isolation and depletion, such as the CaptureSelect N-Ethyl Biotin anti-CD4 and anti-CD8 conjugates.
